Registration Policies & Information
Inclusions: Registration fee covers the Conference Kit, official Certificate, full access to Technical Sessions, Lunch, and Refreshments.
Presentation Scope: Registered participants in the 'With Presentation' category are eligible to submit and present original research papers or posters.
Poster Competition: Entries for the Poster Competition will only be accepted under the 'With Presentation' registration category.
Accommodation: Charges for the TU Guest House or external hotels are separate. Accommodation is provided on a paid basis and subject to availability.
On-Spot Registration: This option may be offered at the venue based on registration capacity. Note that on-spot registration is strictly limited to 'Attendees' only.
Payment Notice: To ensure a seamless process, payment links will only be issued upon paper selection. No fees are collected during the initial submission stage.
